We get the insurance certificate from the agent — never from the carrier.
How A carrier can hand you a lapsed or edited certificate. We request the COI directly from the insurance agent of record and confirm the policy is active and covers your vehicle's value before pickup.

What makes ShiftHaul different?
Verification. Most brokers resell your load to a carrier they don’t control and can’t vouch for. We confirm the assigned carrier by SMS to their FMCSA phone, pull insurance from the agent, and match the VIN to the driver at pickup — included on every load.
Why does “broker and carrier” matter?
