What we verify before your car moves.

We text the assigned carrier on the phone number filed with the FMCSA — the federal registry — not a number they hand us. If they can’t confirm, the load doesn’t move.

Insurance from the agent
We request the certificate of insurance by email, straight from the insurance agent of record — never from the carrier.

Driver on location
We capture the driver’s geolocation at the moment of pickup, so the handoff is placed and timed on your record.

VIN match
A photo of the truck’s VIN plate is checked against the list of insured vehicles for the assigned carrier.
